Under the theme “Uniting Hearts, Embracing the Blue,” the program blended relaxation with targeted team-building challenges, re-charging staff and reinforcing the collaborative spirit that powers the company’s innovation in advanced materials.

Riding the Waves, Hugging the Shore

On the first day of the event, the team visited the renowned Wanpingkou Coastal Scenic Area in Rizhao. Upon disembarking, the vast expanse of the ocean immediately came into view, with gentle sea breezes and rolling waves instantly washing away the fatigue from the journey. Eagerly, employees rushed to the beach—some waded into the surf, reveling in the cool seawater and the powerful crash of the waves, while others gathered in small groups to build creative sand sculptures on the fine-grained sand, their laughter and cheers echoing along the shore. The atmosphere reached its peak during an intense beach volleyball match on the golden sands, where team members demonstrated seamless coordination and spirited competition. The next day, an elaborate outdoor expansion training was held in the green mountains and clear waters of Rizhao. Under the guidance of professional coaches, the employees were randomly divided into several groups and jointly challenged classic expansion projects such as "Trust Backward Leap", "Crossing the Grid", and "Working Together to Pass the Pole". Facing seemingly impossible tasks, everyone did not waver but quickly got into the state, actively discussing strategies, trusting each other and supporting one another. In the "Trust Backward Leap" session, one by one, the employees stood on the high backward leap platform, facing their teammates, and fell without hesitation, with their colleagues using solid arms to build a "safety net" behind them; in the "Crossing the Grid" project, everyone worked together, either lifting or carrying, safely transporting their teammates through each narrow "grid opening". Every successful crossing was accompanied by enthusiastic cheers and applause.
