ZYC Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ZYC”), a fast-growing innovator in advanced materials and modular construction, today officially launched its next-generation Smart Container Housing Solution. Integrating proprietary AI-driven controls with ultra-green insulation materials, the new line is engineered to deliver safer, faster, and more energy-efficient living and working spaces anywhere on the planet.
Since its founding in January 2023, ZYC has filed 47 patents and completed more than 2,000 container-house projects across 50-plus countries with a customer-complaint rate below 0.3 %. The company’s 40-million-RMB production park in Boxing County, Shandong Province, houses the only privately owned climatic test chamber in China’s container industry, simulating –40 °C blizzards and Category-8 typhoons to certify every unit.
Key features of the Smart Container Housing Solution

“Climate change and housing shortages are global challenges,” said Mr. Kevin Zhang, General Manager of ZYC. “By fusing new-material science with smart electronics, we give customers a house that pays for itself through energy savings while withstanding extreme weather.”
The first batch of 120 smart units will be shipped to a desert eco-resort in Dubai next month, where daytime temperatures exceed 50 °C. ZYC’s R&D team also announced a joint laboratory with the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology to develop 3D-printed graphene panels for future iterations.
Looking ahead, ZYC plans to double its annual output to 8,000 units by 2026 and open assembly hubs in Germany, Mexico, and Australia to shorten delivery times to under 15 days worldwide.
